How we work

  1. Coin Selection and Image Display:

  • Each coin available in our webshop is accompanied by a dedicated and high-quality image, providing you with a clear view of the coin's details and beauty.
  • The image displayed during the order process accurately represents the coin you will receive.

  1. Payment Process:

  • In adherence to our policy, payment is not required during the ordering stage. 
  • Upon placing an order, our team will pick the chosen coins and weigh them to determine the actual weight of your purchase.

  1. Shipping Cost Calculation:

  • The shipping cost is calculated based on the actual weight of the selected coins. This ensures a fair and transparent cost assessment for the delivery of your order.
  • We ship with a  standard postal service, on request we can send with track & trace and insurance at a premium cost.

  1. Invoice Generation:

  • After weighing the coins and calculating the shipping cost, an invoice will be generated and sent to you. This invoice will detail the total amount to be paid, including the cost of the coins and shipping.

  1. Returns Policy:

  • We understand that circumstances may change, and you may wish to return your purchase. Returns are allowed within 7 days after the order has been shipped.
  • To initiate a return, simply send a request, and a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA) number will be issued to you via email.

  1. Return Shipping Cost:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned coins back to CollectAndMore. This ensures a fair and balanced approach to return shipments.

  1. Refund Process:

  • Once the returned coins are received by CollectAndMore, a refund will be processed promptly. The refund will include the cost of the coins, excluding the initial shipping cost.
  • We value your satisfaction and aim to make the refund process as efficient as possible.
